I’ve been helping my clients sell their homes for 20 years, and I’ll use my experience and understanding of the broader market to strategically position your home with the goal of getting you the best price. I’ll research the current market conditions in your neighborhood and provide a detailed overview of your home’s value.

I focus on selling homes in South Minneapolis, including the Nokomis East neighborhood where I’ve been the #1 home seller since 2012. I was raised in the Nokomis neighborhood and I’m proud to still call it my home today. My dad was also a Realtor in this neighborhood dating back to 1983, which provides me with a unique understanding of how to sell homes in this area.

In addition to identifying and helping coordinate any improvements, I also offer staging services and professional photography. First impressions are important, and I’ll make sure your home appeals to today’s buyers.
